For one unforgettable evening, Water Street becomes our dining room.
Gathered on Water Street brings 200+ guests together around one continuous harvest table stretching through the heart of downtown Excelsior.
Beautiful linens, fall florals, soft evening light, music, wine, and a family-style supper created by the restaurants that make this community such a special place.
An evening created in Excelsior and shared with our neighboring communities.

Gathered isn't catered by one restaurant. It's created by many.
Each of our restaurant partners will prepare one part of an abundant, harvest-inspired menu, coming together as one collaborative supper created especially for the evening.
Fresh baked bread, seasonal vegetables, handmade pasta, fish, smoked meats, and a few surprises will make their way down Water Street, all served family style and meant to be shared.
BRING SOMETHING TO THE SUPPER
Every good recipe has a story.
We're asking each guest to bring one favorite family recipe with them to Gathered.
Maybe it's a recipe that's been passed down for generations, one shared between friends, or simply something you love making for the people you love. Handwritten, stained, and well loved is even better.
We'll collect them throughout the evening to begin the Gathered Community Recipe Collection, an archive of the recipes and traditions found in the kitchens of our community.
And each year we gather, we'll add a few more.
Save Your Seat
5PM| COCKTAIL HOUR
Join us at the corner of Water Street and 3rd for welcome bites, cocktails, and music before we take our seats for dinner.
6PM | THE SUPPER
Our restaurant partners will take it from there, with an abundant harvest supper served family style down the length of Water Street.
GATHERED FOR GOOD
Gathered was created to celebrate this community, and we want the evening to give something back to it, too.
Proceeds from Gathered on Water Street will benefit Christmas in Excelsior, helping support the holiday traditions that bring our community together and the local charitable giving made possible through the event.
So when you take a seat at our table, you're helping us create a little more magic on Water Street long after dinner is over.
